We had some amazing characters come to school on World Book Day! It was wonderful to see all of the children enjoying World Book so much. As well as the children reading to one another in the morning, we also had some fabulous entries for our Comic Strip Competition – we clearly have some budding artists and authors at our school!

Mrs Wileman AKA The Queen of Hearts led a beautiful assembly all about the power of reading and the adventures it can take us on whilst we are snuggled in a blanket.

The children enjoyed spending time in the morning reading with other class groups.
