Year 2 2017

Mrs Harvey - Year 2 Class Teacher

I'm the teacher in Year 2 Mrs  Harvey. This is my first year working at Kingston Park Academy.

When I'm not at school I like to spend time with my friends and family, go walking in the countryside, theatre and explore new places.  I have a dog called Daisy and like to take her on walks, and she likes to keep me on my toes, as she is into everything! I also have two grown up sons and enjoy keeping up to date with the newest gadget on the market or their next adventure.

I enjoy working with the children at Kingston because they are always well mannered, kind and  eager to learn new things.

Mrs Smith - Teaching Assistant

I have worked at Kingston Park for nearly four years now. I enjoy working with the children from the local community.  I have 2 children and a pet dog. We all enjoy walking in the countryside at the weekend.

Miss Pashley - Teaching Assistant

I have worked at Kingston Park for three years now. I enjoy spending time with the children and helping them learn new things. I spend my spare time with family and caring for my pet animals, two rabbits, two dogs and two hamsters.

'Wriggle and Crawl'

For our topic this term we will be grabbing our coats and going on a minibeast hunt.

We will be studying our own minibeasts in class and inviting a few Wriggly and crawlies into school for a visit.

So, lets all get involved in investigating how far a snail travels in a day and how a spider catches its prey!
